“Simple and Adaptive LMS

Pros

This LMS covers all the essential aspects for creating and managing simple courses and I like that the interface is clean and easy. I've seen how it has evolved quickly, adding new functions and adapting to more advanced needs. The customer support has always been exceptional, fast and effective.

Cons

When I manage courses from the admin side, some processes take several steps and could be more simple. I also miss features like an integrated gradebook for each course which would be important for official educational institutions.

“Easy to publish courses

Pros

I really appreciate the attention provided by the company and how easy it is to publish courses on the platform.

Cons

Some functions still feel unfinished, like publishing content that could be both viewable and downloadable at the same time.

“Great value, lacks key features

Pros

What convinced me the most was the great value for money and the fact that it is compatible with FUNDAE. I decided to stay because the customer service and after sales support have been excellent.

Cons

I really miss some key features, like being able to deactivate users while still keeping their data for FUNDAE compliance without needing to upgrade my plan. I also wish I could set content access limits starting from enrollment, such as allowing two months of access with a prompt to extend later. A membership option where a student pays once and has unlimited access without expiry would be great and I'd love to have affiliates selling courses inside the platform without relying on codes.

“Accessing platform is simple

Pros

For me, the customization is very easy and accessing the platform feels simple and simple.

Cons

A big drawback I noticed, is the lack of integration with Ecuadorian payment tools which would make the process much easier.

Pros

I find the platform simple with the right features to build a great training system. The service and personalization make it feel unique compared to others.

Cons

I do wish I could add images in emails and see more attendee data, even though linking with Zoom helps as a workaround.

Managing the back office is simple for me and the way the content is structured makes administration smooth.

Cons

I find myself wanting a way to automate setting passwords in bulk when importing a CSV file which would save time.
