“FreshLearn destroyed the technical SEO performance of my school”
Pros
In the beginning I was attracted to FreshLearn's pricing. But now with companies like Squarespace entering the e-learning market and offering a superior product for around $500/year so there is nothing I can recommend about FreshLearn.
Cons
FreshLearn harmed my schools technical SEO significantly. The migration from Teachable to FreshLearn was problematic. FreshLearn did not transfer assets like images, CSS, fonts and custom code to their native hosting but kept the legacy CDNs from Teachable. This caused conflicts with FreshLearns settings and led to a dramatic drop in my sites SEO performance. My schools performance index as measured by tools fell into the low 20s on both mobile and desktop. Despite multiple attempts to fix the issue I was unsuccessful.

Course creation is pretty easy with FreshLearn and the platform offers a complete set of tools for both building and marketing the courses.
Cons
FreshLearn lacks many features such as the ability to move chapters between apps which would make course creation easier.

What I like the most is the support and patience I receive especially from Teja. Whenever I face an issue, she is there to assist me and my lack of computer skills is not a problem for her. She kindly explains everything to me over and over again.
Cons
In the beginning I struggled with the slow migration process but that was more about my unrealistic expectations for a quick migration of my large school. I realize now that these things take time.

In the beginning I thought FreshLearns cost was an advantage and the first call was very useful. However I soon realized that the service ended after the initial sales call.
Cons
Service from FreshLearn has been lacking. After encountering a bug that altered my subscription at checkout I requested a refund multiple times. I was promised a refund but have not received any follow up. Even though I accidentally paid for an entire year I found the platform disappointing. Students struggled to navigate the site, so I had to switch platforms to provide the service they expected.
