Balanced written explanations

Pros

This program has been really easy for me to follow. I liked how it balances written explanations with video examples. When I take notes along the way, I feel it really supports different learning styles. I started knowing very little about sales but these courses helped me feel ready for the sales floor.

Cons

Sometimes the programs take me longer than what's advertised but even then I feel the time is well spent on FriedmanU.

Great tracking, tricky updates, outdated content

Pros

I appreciate that courses and progress tracking are available all in one place. It keeps everything organized and easy to follow.

Cons

Downloading a new course or updating programs isn't very simple for me without contacting support and with time differences, the response can be delayed. Many issues feel unexplained and troubleshooting isn't simple. I also notice new courses sometimes feel outdated, with gendered language or even leftover Spanish text which I've reported to my rep.

Pros

Our company has trusted Friedman for more than 15 years and I can say their team has been excellent. We've attended live training and also use the online platform every day. It's simple to use and provides strong reporting. I always recommend it to organizations wanting to strengthen their sales skills.
