The epitome of user experience platforms and social learning

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility of being able to log in at any time and learn from any device, engaging in concise and well-structured learning programs, as well as informal learning through social interactions. The Customer Success Management Team and Support Desk are exceptionally supportive, promptly addressing any requests.

Cons

While there's little I dislike, I believe there are areas within the system structure that have yet to be fully optimized.

The Universal Analytics reporting and dashboards offer valuable insights into how learning is consumed across the organization, supported by a fantastic content development team.

Cons

The speed of bug resolution has improved significantly, but there's still room for enhancement in this area.

Cons

With extensive customization options comes the challenge of requiring at least basic HTML/CSS skills to achieve the desired look and functionality. Planning meticulously beforehand is key to avoiding overwhelm and ensuring the platform serves its purpose effectively.

Cons

Progress is being made on implementing an expiry function for learning plans. It would also be advantageous to allow the addition of individual content items to learning plans, not just topics.

Our decision to choose Fuse was influenced by two main factors: the platform's ability to integrate both learning and communication in one place, and its alignment with the 70:20:10 model to enhance the impact of learning and communication.

Cons

While I wish the app mirrored the desktop version more closely, I still appreciate its existence as many platforms lack a mobile app altogether.

Very smooth up to launch but then support collapses entirely
