“Implementation is Easy Now!

Pros

When I led the implementation of TP's LMS, I was surprised at how smooth it was. Having worked with other systems, I expected more hurdles but this one felt user friendly and easy. The phased approach to rollout worked well and even when someone else handled the second phase, the transition remained simple.

Cons

At the moment, I honestly can't think of anything negative to point out.

“customizable and detailed but confusing for beginners

Pros

Customizing the system became one of my favorite parts. I was able to choose how data should be displayed, schedule tasks and generate detailed reports. Even though advanced reports required SQL knowledge, the built in interface allowed less experienced users to create reports as well which made the tool accessible for different skill levels.

Cons

With such a large database and so many customization options, I've found it can be confusing for beginners. People who don't use the platform often sometimes struggle to remember specific steps. The flexibility and power are amazing but they can also feel confusing at first.
