The Security Awareness and Compliance training catalog is excellent with plenty of strong content options to choose from. Client support has been exceptional and the platform has been consistently reliable throughout use.

Cons

There's nothing notable to criticize. Everything was delivered and performed exactly as expected.

One thing I really appreciate about the platform is the wide selection of training videos covering all kinds of topics. Their catalog is kept current with new content that reflects industry trends so it never feels outdated. On top of that their customer service has been outstanding and always ready to help whenever needed.

It offers high quality cybersecurity training through courses, videos and games that keep our users engaged. The content fits in really well with our Cybersecurity Awareness Program and it adds real value to what we already provide. Other than that their customer service is friendly and quick to respond and the platform itself is very user friendly.

Cons

The only thing I'd want to see is a little more variety in the types of cybersecurity videos available although the ones they currently offer are still very informative and well done.

Across the years we've worked with this software they've consistently offered strong content at very reasonable price points and have been very easy to work with. We've had the same contact the whole time and our rep has been amazing! Their customer support and overall assistance have been just as impressive: always quick to reply and ready to help with whatever comes up. We're very happy with the partnership and hope to keep working with them for many years ahead!

With so many training platforms out there this one still stands apart! I haven't come across another provider that offers customized training, fully controllable reporting and a complete development team that can handle special customer requests at this level.

Running a payment processing company means our team has to stay sharp about phishing emails, information security and the risks that come with using the internet on the job. This offers exactly the right training for that at the best price and their support has been excellent! The classes are easy to use and simple to roll out across my team. I've been using their platform for years and I'm genuinely very happy with the system :)

Seriously nothing comes to mind. The pricing, delivery system and course content have all been a perfect fit for my company.

Getting around the platform is very easy which makes it especially helpful during onboarding. It also keeps its value after that since it stays available as a resource you can go back to whenever needed. Being able to revisit specific modules without retaking the full course is a big plus.

Cons

A downside is how completion is tracked. Even if you're allowed to skip a module because you already know the material you still have to go through every required step for the system to mark it as finished.

Something that really stood out was how the training content was refreshed every year and the team stayed proactive about rolling the newest courses into our environment. That kept us current with the latest material and made it much easier to stay compliant with our requirements.

One of the best parts of working with this has been having a responsive account rep who stays on top of what we need and makes sure things are handled. Their course catalog is also very extensive with solid coverage across the topics our users need to stay informed and better protected against cybersecurity breaches.

The portal does feel a little outdated at the moment although I understand a refreshed version is expected soon.

We've been using the system for years and they've consistently delivered a strong product backed by outstanding customer support. Anytime I've had a question the response has been quick and they've even helped with setup when needed. That level of service is a big reason we've stayed with them.

Setting it up and getting it running was easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. It covers exactly what we need for mandatory employee training around cybersecurity, phishing and PCI. The platform helps our team stay productive while still learning the key concepts effectively. Apart from that the customer support and sales teams have been responsive and professional whenever we've needed them.

Working with Natalie Williams and their has been a really positive experience. She has partnered closely with us to improve our Security Awareness Essentials training along with the supplemental video content and that collaboration has made a noticeable difference. The video materials are high quality and the customized approach added a lot to the overall user experience. We've heard from employees that our required annual training now feels current, engaging and much more in tune with cultural connectedness than the earlier version. I would absolutely recommend this system for training programs.

There really haven't been any drawbacks with the video content. The only feedback we've received is that some developers want more application security training and that isn't currently included in their product lineup.

Pros

Pretty easy to get around the platform generally. The SSO functions makes it convenient for staff to log in and complete their training without extra trouble. On top of that customer support has been very reliable and responds quickly whenever needed.

Cons

If I haven't used the system for a little while I sometimes need to refresh myself on certain navigation steps. It's a minor inconvenience though and not a major issue overall.

The platform does a really good job of letting users customize content so current best-practice material can be included for both testing and learning.

Nothing stands out as a clear issue right now. If anything the reporting function could probably be made a bit more flexible over time.
