Pros

When I suggested using Grace Hill/Vision at my current company, it was an easy decision because I had used it before. The platform is simple, relevant to our industry and motivating for employees at all levels, so investing in it for training felt right.

Cons

At first, implementation was hard for me since our company was used to live training events. Some colleagues were shy or afraid of being tracked or judged but once we got comfortable, most of us adapted well and had little trouble trusting the system.
