The enthusiasm and dedication of the team behind the software are remarkable.
Cons
When the contract was up, we had to look elsewhere due to the lack of CPD. Additionally, the gamification elements lost their value after the initial impact. Ongoing administration tasks require a lot of effort as the software lacks the ability to create rules for basic administration.
