“Terrible support, broken promises
Pros
At first I believed the promise that they'd have both Android and iPhone apps ready within a month and honestly it sounded really promising.
Cons
I found totally incompetent support and they didn't follow through on the commitments they made.

“Students love the mobile app access
Pros
As an instructor I'm thrilled that my students can access all of my material right from their phones using the app. They don't have to visit any website to view what I share, everything's literally just a single tap away.
Cons
Unfortunately I find that HTML content doesn't render properly in the app even though the same HTML works on the desktop version.

“awful interface, no updates for 18 months
Pros
Back when I first got this platform it came with unlimited hosting which was pretty rare to find anywhere else. I was curious about the meal-plan and challenge features too since I hadn't seen those combined in another tool before.
Cons
After trying to work with this software multiple times I'm throwing in the towel because the user interface is absolutely awful and extremely hard to navigate. What's more frustrating is that after owning it for almost 18 months I can't remember receiving any messages or updates from the developer. I have no idea whether they did any work on the product during that period because I haven't seen backend changes and I couldn't locate a changelog anywhere.

“Polished SaaS with engaging mobile app
Pros
For me this platform feels like a well-put-together SaaS for running online courses. The team behind it added some clever ways to keep students engaged which definitely helps them stick with the lessons. I also like that there's a mobile app included, it makes using the platform on the go much easier. Plus the live chat replies are fast, I usually hear back in just a few minutes which is awesome.
Cons
Right now I don't have any complaints about the software, it fulfills all my needs and does everything I want it to.

“surprisingly easy, no coding needed
Pros
Honestly I was surprised at how easy it is to get started, even without any coding knowledge. Everything just works and I didn't have to struggle to figure things out.
Cons
When it comes to selling products I find the process somewhat unfriendly.

“Quizzes, forums, app, worth the investment
Pros
The moment I saw what this tool could do, I went ahead and bought it. As someone teaching online, having quizzes, forums and a mobile app all in one place really made it worth the investment. These features feel especially useful for keeping my students active and engaged.
Cons
I think the user interface could use some improvements.

“limited features
Pros
Recently I started using this newer platform and I like that it combines a lot of things into one spot, like an LMS, video hosting, CRM and marketing tools. It saves me from juggling multiple systems just to run my courses.
Cons
From my perspective many parts of the product remain in beta which brings a number of current limitations, I can't inject third-party scripts into the body, there's no referral or affiliate system yet, integrations with other tools are restricted, certification options are not available and several other expected features are still missing.

“All-in-one platform replaces multiple tools
Pros
In my main job, I make e-learning content all the time so I'm comfortable with tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. But when I wanted to create a side project course, I ran into problems, most builders were either way too pricey or very limited. I tried Thinkific and liked parts of it but I could see I'd need an upgrade before launch. On top of that, once the course exists, you suddenly need a whole bunch of extra tools, funnels, landing pages, payment systems, email marketing, webinars. This platform handles all of that for one price so I don't have to deal with multiple subscriptions. There's even a mobile app which makes everything easier to manage. Finding one tool that covers it all really impressed me.
Cons
The interface could use a polish, it sometimes feels a touch too basic. I'd love built-in feedback surveys, the quiz feature is fine for right-or-wrong answers but doesn't let learners submit longer, free-text responses. Webinars are supported which is great but it would be even better if the platform let me create video content inside the course itself (screen capture, voice recording, or at least voice-over synced to a slide deck). I suspect some of that can be achieved with workarounds or external tools and of course I can always record elsewhere but after seeing everything handled in one place I've become a bit spoiled and would prefer more native content-capture options.

“iOS and Android apps included
Pros
I'm able to link this platform to both iOS and Android apps which I find really cool. It comes with a strong set of features, the pricing seems fair and the email marketing works well enough for my needs.
Cons
I'm disappointed there isn't an affiliate marketing feature to let me resell courses directly through the platform. The integrations still require work and every request I've submitted on their site and roadmap seems to need faster progress.

“Pre-built formats for quick selling
Pros
One thing I really like is the freedom to create all kinds of content, courses, challenges, quizzes, meal plans, webinars and the pre-built content formats make it simpler for me to start selling right away.
Cons
At the moment I feel there's definitely room for improvement, for example the text editor and additional integrations need attention since the product doesn't feel fully mature yet, although I can see signs that these areas are likely to be enhanced.

“Most complete LMS with fantastic support
Pros
Honestly this is the most complete LMS I've used so far. Everything works together smoothly and I still use it regularly. My ratings come from how it stacks up against other platforms I've tried and the customer support has been fantastic, really quick to respond. Some of the new features they have planned also look promising.
Cons
I'd really like the white-labeling option to be priced more fairly. I'm still in the middle of evaluating the platform and I'll revisit this review and add an update if my thoughts change after more time with it.

“Build memberships without WordPress
Pros
When I first came across this platform I realized I could run a membership site without touching WordPress. It has tools for courses, challenges, quizzes and different membership levels. Payments are easy too, with Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay supported. Setting up my membership here was way faster than my experience with Membership Press and once it's set up, adding new content is simple. Even if someone doesn't own a website, they could build the whole membership service right here using landing pages. I still link my main site to the platform's checkout pages and after sign-up, people just log into the platform. I'm really glad I grabbed a lifetime plan, though I would have been happy with a subscription too.
Cons
I'm not thrilled with the user interface or the native email tools, both could use some work and the quiz functionality feels basic. Since this platform is fairly new, I actually expect and hope they'll roll out many improvements and new features over the next few months.

“students love the mobile app
Pros
My students love the mobile app which matters a lot to me. I wanted online professional development that they could easily access on phones or tablets. The support team is quick to respond and the Facebook community has been helpful as well.
Cons
Having been on the platform for three months, I've noticed it's still fairly new and has its share of bugs and rough edges, a few of these have already been fixed during my time here. For me the biggest hurdle has been getting to grips with the interface. Several features aren't immediately obvious so I've ended up learning through trial and error. I can see a lot of potential in the service but it's not quite living up to it yet.

“Engaging design with mobile app
Pros
I really enjoy the in-app chat, the dedicated mobile app, the overall mobile-friendly design and how courses are presented in a bright and colorful way that keeps things engaging.
Cons
Setup-wise I struggled with the Custom SMTP setup and found installing a custom domain wasn't feasible or easy.

“All-in-one toolkit for online coaching

“works on computer and mobile
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this software is that I can use it on both my computer and my phone through the app. It packs most of the practical features I need and seems to be developing in encouraging ways. I already have over 10k students on the platform and have only had a few technical issues to report.
Cons
What frustrates me is the 10k monthly email limit which counts password and transactional emails. It's a real problem because if your subscriber list exceeds 10k, you might send a single broadcast and then be out of email capacity for the rest of the month. The Stripe integration also needs attention, it currently triggers a payment every time someone clicks the button which shouldn't happen. Finally, the 'trial' setup for courses needs to be reworked, the goal is to let people sample content but learners can't see what's excluded from the paid version so they have little incentive to upgrade. Overall the marketing and product logic here need work.

“Most complete all-in-one platform
Pros
this is the most complete, all-in-one platform for creating online courses so far. It comes loaded with a ton of features you simply don't see in other services. I feel this is probably the only course tool out there that truly stands out across every aspect of online courses. I especially appreciate the ability to send auto-generated emails, the in-app user management and the mobile app with its easy login, those are outstanding.
Cons
I would like it if the app offered more Indian payment options like GPay, Paytm or UPI. A lot of people here don't have cards so adding those local mobile payment methods would make purchases a lot easier and increase accessibility for my audience.

“Support walked me through setup
Pros
Getting my very first course set up was incredibly feasible because their support walked me through every step and I found plenty of guides and help articles whenever I ran into any issues.
Cons
At the time I purchased this, it was still a beta product so it lacked some of the features I wanted, however, I've seen them steadily work on their roadmap and add improvements over time.

“Easy interface with handy app
Pros
For me the platform's courses come in a mix of content types and I find the interface really easy to use, navigation works well for both admins and learners, plus there's a handy app.
Cons
I often notice that the survey feature for users is limited and I also find uploading videos can be unreliable since it doesn't always work when I try.
