Pros

Even though we only use a fairly limited part of what it can do, the support and customer focused approach have been outstanding. They built a custom feature for us in just two weeks which says a lot about how committed they are to helping customers. Other than that they keep looking for ways to improve both the company and the overall product experience. Whenever we need technical installation help we usually get a very useful reply within hours and sometimes even within minutes.

Cons

The editor/studio for creating and adjusting interactions could definitely use some UX improvements and the folder structure and user management could be better too. That said the part that matters most to us is the viewing experience for our audience and that is already working well. It is also reassuring to see the system continuously developing and refining both the product and the studio which gives us confidence about working with them going forward.

Creating interactive videos for clients with this system has been a really positive experience for us. It honestly feels like the only limit is our imagination and features like URL swapping are especially useful when we need to update a video or make a quick amendment. The editor is very user friendly and adding interactive elements is easy and simple!

Cons

I genuinely can't think of any missing features. Any time I've reached out to them about something I thought wasn't available they've either shown me where it already exists or gone ahead and added it.

Pros

Starting off with it doesn't take much at all even without any computer background. There's a solid library of free images and music included so there's no need to go hunting elsewhere. I also really appreciate that it lets you create actions from stationary objects which is a nice feature. Overall it's very easy to use.

Cons

Something that keeps coming up is running out of time on a slide. Having to duplicate a slide just to continue the audio feels inconvenient and a bit annoying.

It works really well on websites and the interface feels easy and welcoming to use.

The editing tools feel pretty rough and can be frustrating at times.

Right from the start the setup feels very user friendly and helps take your videos to the next level.

There's always room to build on it and I'd love to see more features that make videos even more engaging. Something like voice commands would be futuristic but it feels possible.

From the beginning the platform felt pretty flexible to use. It comes with the interactive tools you need to put together a video that feels creative, engaging and actually worth watching.

Cons

Something I'd change is the 'form' option, I wish there were a way to remove the 'upload pdf' part. Other than that it's been really good.

Pros

Getting started with the editor was pretty easy even without any prior experience using interactive video platforms. The setup felt mostly 'plug and play' and the video tutorials were genuinely useful with clear explanations of how the features work.

Cons

One thing that was disappointing was being limited to videos hosted elsewhere. I was hoping to upload and use my own MP4 files and on top of that some of the features felt a bit buggy and didn't offer much room for customization.

Pros

Running an eLearning company we came across this platform while searching for a way to add more interactivity to our training videos. Even though we only used the free version it still let us build videos that matched everything we were hoping for. There's a wide range of interactive elements available and they can be customized to fit different kinds of projects. Also the platform gives you access to the stats and data collected from those interactions which makes it much easier to review results and make informed decisions. Everything felt very easy to use as well!

Cons

Honestly there was very little to complain about. The only limitation at the time was that videos couldn't be uploaded directly and had to be added through a URL instead.

Pros

There's a solid range of interactive options in this software. It also supports several video integrations including YouTube and Vimeo and the elearning integrations are especially strong with features like xAPI and SCORM available.

Cons

At the moment uploading videos directly still isn't an option. You can only add interactivity to a single video and the platform doesn't currently support branching that lets you combine multiple videos into one interactive video story.

“fun classroom engagement boost”

Pros

Using it in class is very easy and it really helps capture students attention. It can noticeably improve overall engagement when used well. If you add some humor to the interactive parts students are especially eager to join in.

Cons

The interface design could use some improvement overall although it still feels clean and simple to figure out. I also think the social sharing feature could be made more flexible.
