Pros
What stood out for me was the high level of customization. We felt very open to adapting and extending features based on specific needs which made the experience flexible and personal.
Cons
Scalability across multiple languages is still missing and I've noticed quality issues like errors after updates that should be addressed.

Pros
The support has been excellent. Whenever I had a question, the team was quick to provide solutions, approachable and offered so many possibilities through hiveQ that I felt well supported.
Cons
The backend looks confusing to me on first sight but after digging in, it becomes clear there's an impressive number of functions to explore.
