The promises sounded appealing and the ideas behind the software are genuinely good but unfortunately the execution just doesn't live up to them.
Cons
Too many features still feel patched together. Document generation is a good example: it has to be done through Google Docs and that means being forced to grant insecure access to your Google workspace.
