“German support missing

Pros

The platform seems okay at first but without German support I really can't do much with it. Spanish doesn't help me here so I'm missing proper access and can't really say anything more about it yet.

Cons

There is no German language option and that's a major problem for me.

Honestly, there was nothing about it that I liked. They just kept sending me in circles, ignored what I was explaining and clearly had no intention of actually helping.

When it came to giving my money back, all I got were excuses. It really felt like they were just trying to keep whatever they could get from me.

Hotmart is an infoproduct platform that brings real advantages for both affiliates and producers. It's accessible, secure and offers a wide variety of digital products that affiliates can promote and earn commissions from.

Even though it provides plenty of marketing tools and has a strong affiliate network, there's still no guarantee that sales will actually happen.

“Wide range of useful products

Pros

There's a very broad selection of products to choose from, covering learning, business, health and more and the catalog feels very complete.

Cons

Customer support can be quite slow at times and chargeback requests also sometimes take longer than expected.

“Reliable company

Pros

One thing that really helps is getting email notifications for every movement in the account which keeps everything clear and under control. On top of that, the most important part is that Hotmart feels like a solid, trustworthy company.

I've purchased a few products through it and most of them were delivered correctly. The last one though, had a title that didn't match the actual content. Still, I returned it without problems and received my refund properly.

“Payouts never arrived

Pros

The initial setup went well and I'd heard from others that it also works in Latin America, where there are a lot of restrictions and many similar platforms usually fail. Because of that, I decided to try it, got everything configured, linked my bank account and then ran into the problems mentioned below.

Cons

The biggest problem is that I never actually received my money. Transferring the funds to my bank account here in Latin America didn't work, the payment was sent back and customer support replied with a strange message that wasn't helpful at all. It really felt like they didn't care much.

It's a simple and user-friendly platform so it's not hard to get hang of.

At times, I'm not sure its full capabilities are being fully explored or used to their maximum potential.

Pros

It is a platform where I can buy or sell courses with complete confidence. I've never had any issues and whenever I needed support, they processed my refunds without trouble. I still use it today and everything continues to work well for me.

The only limitation is that it's focused on buying and selling courses, not other kinds of products.

Having one platform where the company's recorded courses can be delivered in a way that's simple for users to access and use is a big plus.

Cons

the billing area could be a bit more user-friendly especially on the internal side for content creators.

One of the best things about this platform is that it gives us a real way to make money.

I still haven't come across anything negative about it, honestly, it's doing even better than I expected.
