“easy content creation but has format issues”
Pros
Our direct contact person showed real expertise and patience which made collaboration smooth. Creating new content was easy, except for a few specialized formats. The system itself looked modern, ran efficiently and even integrated customer ideas into development. The responsive design worked so well that I didn't miss a dedicated app.
Cons
From my perspective, the core system still carries a lot of old permission processes and approval levels which makes things clunky. Usability and GUI design could also be improved and because feedback functions were created out of a test, they don't feel as natural for proper feedback use.

“Flexible software for company training”
Pros
I found many ways to adapt the software flexibly to my company's needs. The modern design and its use in seminar management as well as e-learning made it a versatile solution.
Cons
Some functions aren't very self-explanatory and since there aren't detailed guides for each option, I've had to figure things out by trial and error or keep asking support. This eats up time and doesn't feel user friendly for me.
