Working with their team was a very positive experience. They were responsive to most of our requests and the platform includes all the core functionality we need. It's also clear that they are committed to ongoing improvements.

Cons

There are still a few situations where certain features feel limited. That said, the team is receptive to feedback and genuinely seems to be evaluating ideas for future enhancements.

From the initial setup all the way to day-to-day use by every staff member, it IS actually simple and adaptive. It works smoothly with our existing systems and the value for money is excellent considering the range of features included.. more so when compared with the bigger-name competitors in the market.

Cons

They need to have a simple customer support option where you can just pick up the phone and call for simple issues.

This safety system covers a lot and is simple to navigate and use. The customer support team is excellent and usually responds very quickly. It also provides a simple way to gather and monitor data.

Cons

To me it can feel a bit overwhelming at times.
