Clear survey insights every time

Pros

We used this tool for our restaurant Invisible Guest surveys and our experience was good. It's very simple to work with, from the initial setup to sending everything out. Once the surveys are finished, exporting them and reviewing the results is just as simple. The way the findings are displayed is especially clear abd it's quick to get an overview of the information our Invisible Guests have shared. We've also consistently heard positive feedback from the people filling out the surveys which has been another big plus.

central to our operations

Pros

It's become a core business tool for our team. We use it for everything from employee onboarding and training to procedure manuals and shared resources across multiple entities and it plays an essential role in keeping things organized.

Cons

There's nothing major that stands out as a downside. The only improvement I'd suggest is for the table of contents in the procedures manual because it jumps back to the top of the page after use.

Timely support every time

Pros

Whenever I send a request, the response comes back very quickly which has been a big plus.

Cons

Ive noticed that the account manager can sometimes be different from the person I dealt with before.

adaptive platform with responsive support

Pros

They have consistently been available whenever we've needed support, advice or guidance on how to get the most out of the platform. They listen to feedback, take suggestions seriously and keep rolling out ongoing improvements and new features. The system is adaptive to use and has become an essential part of our day-to-day operations.

Cons

A few of the modules are older legacy ones but they don't really take away from the platform's overall functionality.

Flexible modules stand out

Pros

Its user-friendly layout makes it simple to find key features and move around the system. The modular setup is a big plus because it lets us keep adding functionality as our needs grow. Their helpdesk has also been excellent, consistently providing quick support whenever something comes up. Ive now rolled it out in two different businesses and it has been a fantastic option for organisations wanting to improve and arrange their operations.

Cons

Uploading files can get better if there were drag-and-drop functionality. We've also had some concerns about certain useful modules being removed especially since they previously added a lot of value. Also, the system hasn't been very flexible around some communication-related suggestions which has made it harder to fully match our specific requirements.

clean layout for franchises

Pros

The interface is simple, with clearly organized sections that make it practical to use. It works really well for separating our franchise locations and managing user permissions without confusion.

Cons

A downside is the lack of a public API and the fairly limited integrations with outside software. The documentation on their website is also pretty minimal which can make things harder than they need to be.

I like the smooth integrations

Pros

Getting the integration set up and working was very simple. The onboarding and compliance parts have also been really strong and well handled.

Cons

well-laid-out system

Pros

Quite simple to use as the layout is organized in a way that makes everything simple to follow. The support team also responds quickly which has been a big plus.

Cons

I really don't care for is the recovery cost when something gets deleted since support charges thousands of dollars to restore it. I also feel the process for entering content into it is pretty outdated,having to take screenshots of presentations one at a time and then upload each image individually instead of in bulk takes way too much time.

Their training resources work really well

Pros

Our team loves having everything in one place and being able to share training videos and resources through this software

Cons

Though their file upload process can improve, really. It would be much better if I could upload and link multiple files at once or at the very least be taken back to the same file section when I need to add another item because the current process gets frustrating quickly. I'd also love more flexibility in user profiles especially the option to add a custom field by user type instead of applying it to every user since we manage both employee files and franchisees and use those profiles differently. Also, it would be helpful to automate results from search filters, such as sending a weekly report on employee vaccination status or police check status or generating reports for upcoming licence expiries.
