“An engaging training platform”

Pros

It makes the training course feel engaging and informative throughout, pluss the overall design and look of the interface are really appealing too.

Cons

Cant think of anything I dislike about the platform. It fits my needs really well and I'd imagine it works just as well for my colleagues too.

Right away, the platform feels very customer-focused and fairly simple to navigate. It also guides you through how to use it so you can accomplish what you need without much confusion.

Tthe transition from the training section to the assessment does not always feel smooth during HSE training and this needs to get better

It offers a lot of flexibility and feels like a really strong product overall.

Somewhat pricey,,, more so when you compare it with other similar options available in the market.

Everything about the system feels adaptive and getting around it has been simple from the start. Ive never had to ask for help to figure out how it works and it has consistently run without any problems.

On bigger exercises,moving through the system can start to feel a bit overwhelming.

“custom courses that close the loop”

Pros

Being able to build custom courses has been a huge advantage for us because we can create risk-based training based on incidents that have occurred which helps complete the incident management process. The platform is also very user-friendly and setting up profiles for new employees is simple.

Cons

A challenge came up during integration and that was the system tree can be hard to follow when it comes to departments, locations, managers and similar structure details.
