“versatile platform
Pros
After more than a year of using it for all of my company's events, the thing that stands out is how much functionality it offers. It really feels built to handle every kind of event setup. Whether it's paid or free events, accommodation options, badges or email reminders, the platform covers a lot while still staying fairly adaptive. Im not even using everything it can do and that's actually reassuring because it shows I haven't hit the platform's limits yet. If my future projects become more complex, Im confident the tool will still be able to keep up.
Cons
The Badge section could use change.. The current tools are enough to create practical, functional badges but there's still room for more flexibility. Being able to import custom badge designs would be a valuable addition. It would also help to generate badges for accompanying guests, ideally with a separate design option for them as well.

“flexible ticketing that fits perfectly

Working as an event manager, idloom has been an excellent ticketing solution for us. It gives us plenty of flexibility with both the forms and the different ticket types which matches our needs really well.
Cons
One thing we've noticed is that the 'Attendee Hub' feature could be made more visible for users especially the option to view the attendee list. People ask us about that feature all the time.

Having everything in one organized, well-structured place is what I appreciate most about idloom. It works as a centralized database that makes it much easier to manage conference invitations, registrations and the sharing of information. Overall, Im very pleased with the software.
Cons
It can be a little difficult to use with Hebrew.

Weve been running event registrations through it and all has been easy. The platform feels adaptive, simple to handle and really well adapted to what event organizers need. One of its biggest strengths is the customer support which has been outstanding. The team responds very quickly, often within the same day and they are genuinely flexible when it comes to proposing solutions that fit our specific constraints. Overall, it's a dependable, efficient and pleasant tool to work with and we would absolutely recommend it.
Cons
The visual customization options Should improve.. features like the design of registration pages, emails and templates.. they can be developed further to better match a specific brand identity.

Whether Im setting up an event page, tailoring a registration form exactly the way I want, monitoring registrations in detail or exporting the participant list, the platform gives me a lot of flexibility and control. That versatility is something I really appreciate.
Cons
The badge editing tool is very complete but it takes a bit of time to really get the hang of it. Also, I'd love to see more options for customizing the visual design of an account profile.

The registration process is very simple using this platform and the event site customization is especially important because it lets us build a unique look and feel for every event. That really helps us stand out and makes each occasion feel more personal. The features we rely on all perform reliably which shows how strong and efficient the platform is. It's very manageable for me now to run registrations and ticket sales for my rural festival.
