“Simple and hassel free”
Pros
The topics are clearly listed, and navigation is not a problem. The user interface is also quite impressive.
Cons
It's not possible to navigate back and forth in a video. You can only stop or play it. If you want to review a specific topic, you can't skip directly to that section in the video.

“tailored training that fits”
Pros
The course selection tools have helped us choose training that's tailored and relevant to our team. iHasco has made it much easier to deliver learning that actually matches our team's development goals and training needs.
Cons
Up to this point, it's been easy to use and well suited to what we need so we haven't run into any problems or concerns.

“clear courses and excellent usability”
Pros
It has been proven very user friendly for both administrators and learners. The courses are concise, simple and easy to follow.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is the option to upload our own SCORM files, so all of our courses could be managed in one place on the same platform.

“packed with useful content”
Pros
The platform is easy to use and the course library is broad enough to fit our business needs well. The training content is good too and the presentations are put together professionally.
Cons
One downside is that credit rollover isn't offered. Since we now use Citation HS for HR and those courses are available there too, there are times when credits need to be carried over or bought on an ad hoc basis and that process feels unnecessarily difficult and too expensive.

“Accredited courses with real value”

“provide clear training”
Pros
Everything about the e-learning is clear and focused. The admin side is user friendly, logging in is hassle free for both learners and administrators and the training content is presented in a manner that's easy to follow and understand.
Cons
I feel like the thing that would make it even better is a clearer visual breakdown of which courses our credits are currently covering. It would also be useful to have visible links to alternative or related courses that might be relevant, ideally added by the account manager who knows the business needs better. We usually get that kind of information by email but having it displayed in a clear, simple format for the administrator, with a click-to-buy option, would be much more helpful.

“huge selection of courses!!”
Pros
Between the huge selection of courses available, iHasco covers pretty much all of our safety training requirements. Having everything online is incredibly convenient as well, since it cuts down engineer downtime while still delivering high-quality training. The portal works really well for both learners and admins too as it is simple to navigate but still packed with everything it needs to do the job properly. On top of that the customer support has been excellent. Whenever something comes up, my account manager gets back to me quickly and gives me all the help I need.
Cons
Honestly there is very little to complain about, although I'd still like to see a few more courses added that are more focused on specific topics, such as electrical panel entry and permit-to-work.

“Great courses in many languages”
Pros
There's a constantly expanding range of courses that we can tailor to fit each colleague's learning journey. They are easy to follow and available in several languages which matches our needs really well.
Cons
The only complaint we tend to hear is when a colleague completes two or three short courses in a single day, the delivery can start to feel repetitive because the format is so similar.

“excellent tracking and course setup”
Pros
Getting courses set up for our learners was really easy and the reporting and tracking tools were excellent. I also liked that the courses were broken into well-paced timeframes because anything too long tends to make learners lose focus.
Cons

“Excellent content and navigation”
Pros
There's a really strong range of content available and the platform itself is pretty easy to roll out while also being simple for users to find their way around.
Cons
We still need to work out how it can connect with our current HRIS and it feels like there's more to do on our side to figure out the best way to create learning paths.

“helpful course tracking reminders”
Pros
Over the past year, I have been using iHasco through my employer for assigned training courses. One thing that works really well is how clearly it shows every course available to me, how long each one will take and whether anything is overdue, including how late it is. The regular email reminders are also really useful especially when a course has expired or is still outstanding. Those updates have helped me catch up on training that otherwise could have been missed.
Cons
One thing I couldn't find was any option to fast-forward through the videos. For courses I have to repeat every year, I understand the idea is to go through the material from the beginning again but it would be helpful to have either a written text version or at least the option to play the video at 1.5x speed especially when the assigned course is around 30 minutes long.

“Packed with brilliant training toolkit”
Pros
Across the different charities and businesses we support, iHASCO has become a really valuable part of our training toolkit for keeping teams current on essential learning. Getting everything up and running is very easy too and the support team clearly knows the platform inside out. They take the time to make sure you're getting the most out of the training modules. The dashboard is simple to configure, it's quick to invite people onto courses and tracking everyone's progress is just as easy.
Cons
Honestly I cannot point to anything that felt hard or awkward. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and there's almost no room for problems.
