Pros

The detailed scheduling features, from cancellations to rescheduling, really cut down my needs on endless back and forth messages. Having customizable push SMS reminders is another plus for me which keeps everyone updated without extra effort.

Cons

What really impressed me about this tool is how well they understand us, sometimes better than we understand ourselves. With so many new features, it can feel confusing and the learning curve is real but it's worth it. I'm genuinely excited for the future updates.
