A few learners would also like to see more advanced courses with deeper coverage of certain topics. That said most still value the accessible interface, engaging modules and practical exercises. Overall the platform delivers strong educational benefits and these minor areas for improvement are generally outweighed by how much it helps users build cybersecurity skills.

One thing that really stood out to me was the compliance training insights which was something I had never come across before in my career. The interactive learning style kept me engaged throughout the entire session and the modules on phishing awareness, data protection and compliance helped me understand the different standards much better.

The downside is that it doesn't work well with Chrome which causes frequent log off issues. I'm also hoping to see more advanced features added.

Among the e learning courses I've taken this one stands out as one of the most educational. I signed up for an SAT course focused on cybersecurity and the simulation modules were the part I enjoyed the most.

UI could be a bit more user friendly. At first navigation felt slightly confusing and took some time to get used to although I was able to figure it out later.

In the things I've explored so far I haven't come across anything that made me dislike the platform. If I notice any issues later on I'd definitely be willing to point them out so the platform can keep improving for users.

Cyber security awareness across our organisation has improved a lot since we started using this solution. The course builder and phishing simulations are flexible and easy to work with which has made it much easier to increase the level of complexity at the right pace for the team.

It would be helpful if all the stats and results were brought together in a single dashboard but that's only a minor issue.

Whenever I run into a problem the support team is quick to jump in. One time I needed to pull data on all employees who had completed certain modules and a customer service rep got back to me within an hour with a clear and detailed explanation of how to use the tools to find exactly what I needed.

Cons

Honestly there is not much I don't like about the platform. Everything feels easy, simple to figure out and help is always there when needed. If anything could be improved Stat Zen might be a bit more user friendly.

Keeping employee training on track has become much simpler with this. It's really convenient to know everyone is getting the training they need and the weekly past due report is a huge help since it saves me from having to remember to check it myself.

We use this platform strictly for compliance training and the standout for me has been the level of customer support! Their team is responsive, informed and consistently willing to go above and beyond whenever help is needed. It really feels like they care about their customers and want them to have the best experience possible with the platform. I also want to give a special thanks to Eric who has guided me through every technical question and somehow made learning technology feel fun and enjoyable. Another big plus is how accessible the platform is for employees. Even with hundreds of staff members using it I've had zero complaints and only two technical support requests.

Cons

Compliance training is never the easiest thing to make exciting but it has done a really good job of building a platform that employees can figure it out without frustration which makes the whole process as painless as possible. The only thing on my wishlist is more flexibility with the outdated certificates. I'd love to have the option to upload a branded certificate designed by our internal marketing team.
