I truly value the team I work with because teamwork is essential for success. If there's no good connection with your team, the experience just doesn't work. My clients consistently enjoy collaborating with this team as they provide solutions that not only address current needs but are also designed to accommodate future requirements and long-term goals.

Cons

The team is very valuable but pretty small and they really need to expand their resources. When I'm working on business development and putting together SOWs, I sometimes feel like their resources are stretched thin and limited.
