Pros
I've been using this system for over 5 years now and honestly, it's one of the best LMS options you can get without breaking the bank. What really stands out to me are features like seamless training recording, automated reminders for required sessions, solid audit-proofing capabilities and great on-demand training access. The content library is extensive too and there's so much more functionality I haven't even mentioned yet.
Cons
The only real issue I've run into is that the admin side can be tricky to use. That said, their customer support team has been amazing and helpful in guiding us through any challenges we face.
