“Needs better accessibility options

Pros

I honestly don't like much about the tool because I find it confusing and not very simple to use.

Cons

I find it difficult to use because this tool doesn't meet the needs of dyslexic and neurodiverse learners. This is really important to me and I feel the platform should offer better support for different learning styles.

We really love the support from the iQualify team since they are always great and very helpful whenever we need them.

Cons

In the future we would love to see a bigger variety of task options to make learning more engaging and effective.

I find it really easy to track my progress and loading new resources is simple for me to do.

I've noticed that this tool limits my ability to change fonts, background colors and other settings that would really help support neurodiverse learners.

First, I find the platform very easy to learn which helps me build training courses for our community. Also, the support team is amazing because they are always there to answer my questions right away.

I understand that the minimalist approach helps keep courses compatible with mobile devices and personally, I like that it reduces distractions and helps learners stay focused and engaged.

For me, the best parts are how easy it is to access and use. I find building courses simple as an author and the assessment options are great. Plus, it's clean for learners and I can easily monitor their progress as a facilitator.

Sometimes I find responding to learner comments frustrating and I preferred the old platform where I could see all the learners and their due dates on a single screen.

From my view as an administrator, I find it simple to create many courses at once. As a learner, I think it is simple and not clunky like other systems.

When designing a course, it sometimes felt like trial and error to create the right tasks for our topics but the customer service team was very helpful and responsive whenever I reached out.

We chose this tool to provide micro-credentials to our national staff. I find it easy for authors, managers and students to use, the costs are reasonable and the support is fantastic.

Cons

We're learning as we go along and haven't had any problems with the software itself but we've had to figure out how to provide students with the best options for success. Our approach has been to try, learn and adjust along the way.

Once I learned a few tasks, I found it very easy to use for both short and long learning. Plus, the support team is always great.

It can feel confusing for new learners and I find it difficult to integrate at times. I also think the administration and course management portal could be better organized.

I value the proactive customer support and excellent training. As a non coder, I find the software user friendly and I like that the pricing scales with our learner count.

A few built in features aren't easily customizable, like setting different course dates for learners who start at different times but I've heard some of these are being reviewed for improvement.

It's not very user friendly in my opinion, I have to click through too many steps to get simple things done.

I think iQualify courses are very easy to set up and run. Also, the support team is incredibly helpful and we love the flexible pricing.

I'd love more flexibility for tasks and assessments, including a 'no feedback' option for things like pre and post assessments where we just need insights, not corrections. A public use option where users can register themselves would also be great.

In my experience, I found it easy to use and flexible, so I could create a small course quickly and then duplicate it for others.

Cons

I was disappointed that I couldn't embed images behind text boxes which limited some of my design ideas.

“Perfectly simple for our learners

Pros

I really appreciate that, this tool gives our organization exactly what we need without any extra complications which feels very refreshing. It lets me create a simple training course or a more advanced one, depending on our requirements. Our learners are usually over 50 and not very comfortable with computers, so I love the simple and clean layout that avoids all the flashy animations that often bother this group.

Cons

As a small organization, having more detailed training reports would be really helpful. We're planning to use the API interface in the future to address this.

“Great support and always improving

What stands out to me is the fantastic support which is always fast, responsive and just great. I also notice that the features are always expanding and improving which is another big plus for me.

Cons

I feel the activities are somewhat limited and there's no data available for formative activities. Not being able to edit course content once it's published is a big issue for us as a face to face education organization.
