Pros

This software is incredibly easy to use and navigate. It provides excellent audit trail options and generates reports fairly quickly.

Cons

The saved qualification reports are not reliable as they contain outdated information. Additionally, there is an issue with the qualification by curriculum feature, which only works when using the "Saved" option, not "On-the-Fly" (OTF). This software error should have been fixed long ago. Moreover, the curriculum requirements display duplicate courses, which is another software error that should have been addressed. Lastly, when reporting regarding the curriculum, there is no option to filter based on the organization, which would be beneficial.
