“Reliable Management Support
Pros
I find the platform to be an excellent management tool. I especially appreciate the punctual, precise and very helpful support which makes using it a smooth experience and I would absolutely recommend it to others. In my experience, any time I contacted the customer care rep, they always responded back and helped me patiently.
Cons
For me, there's really nothing negative to mention, it works exactly as I need it to.

“Outstanding Training Evaluation
Pros
For me, the overall evaluation is outstanding across all functionalities and activities our training center requires. I love that it manages training activities, billing and reporting easily. After six years of use, I honestly cannot imagine functioning without it.
Cons
There's really nothing wrong for me and I like that it keeps getting continuously improved with new updates.

“Versatile Integration Ease
Pros
I really value its ease of use and versatility. I find the various integrations extremely useful, making it simple for me to manage multiple aspects of training programs efficiently and without stress.
Cons
I did notice a certain rigidity in its structure but honestly it doesn't cause any real problems in daily use.

“Customizable Training Programs
Pros
The product's customizability is impressive and I find it remarkably easy to use. I can manage both in person classroom trainings and virtual or asynchronous courses with just a few clicks, while also handling the administrative aspects of training programs and project management with ease.
Cons
Since we introduced such an important product into our processes, I found that the entire training management workflow had to be reworked and we also had to spend time training the staff to adapt.
