“training updates made simple”
Pros
Keeping our support team current with Juno has not been a issue. Assigning training and rolling out updates takes very little time and feels hassle-free.
Cons
There's nothing significant to complain about. A few more integrations would be a nice addition but overall it's a good tool.

“onboarding was very smooth”
Pros
Juno Journey has genuinely changed the way we handle training, learning and development. It's simple to build onboarding programs for new hires and put together progression paths tailored to different levels. Monitoring learning progress and pulling reports is clear and efficient which saves us a lot of time. The platform is also user friendly overall and keeps our attention on what matters most helping our people grow.
Cons
I'd really like to see more customization options for reporting and analytics within courses.

“Has powerful learning tools”
Pros
Finding and accessing external courses is pretty easy with Juno Journey. Overall it is a full featured platform that also makes building training courses for learners simple and the unique tools plus AI features really add to the learning experience. It's also an excellent way to motivate learners and helps professional development specialists manage things more effectively.
Cons
Since they operate as an international organization, support can be a bit slower at times.

“personalized onboarding that delivers”
Pros
From onboarding to ongoing development, Juno Journey has completely changed how we handle both. Automating onboarding journeys has been a huge win as each new hire now gets a personalized experience based on their site or region and that has cut down a lot of manual effort on our side. Keeping all of our learning materials and knowledge in one place has also made sharing and managing information across the company much more efficient. Another big advantage is the flexibility to build role-based journeys for sales, P&E, CIO and other teams which we simply could not do before. The AI agents like Jemma, Jaden, Jasmine and Jeremy are genuinely useful when it comes to creating, locating and reviewing content. I also think the PDP feature has a lot of potential as it continues to develop.
Cons
Nothing significant stands out as a downside. If anything, I am just interested to see the PDP feature continue to mature and grow.

“HR and Juno - overview 1 year”
Pros
Choosing Juno Journey over platforms like Udemy and LinkedIn Learning offers several strategic advantages, especially for organizations aiming to deeply integrate learning and development (L&D) into their employee engagement and talent management strategies.
Cons
Juno Journey has received some common critiques, including its initial complexity for new users, challenges integrating with existing HR systems, the cost, occasional mismatches in content relevance, and a learning curve for administrators. These aspects may vary based on user and organizational context, but they are areas where improvements or additional support might be sought.
