“Clear and easy to use”

Pros

The ability to create tags and use vouchers for access control has been instrumental in managing user access effectively.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is no chat or forum available for participants to exchange information.

Interface feels simple to navigate and the layout is clean and well organized.

The learning content has to be maintained separately and putting everything together in the admin area is fairly complicated.

Pros

Courses they provide are really valuable and we don't have to train our employees one by one across three different locations. That takes a huge workload off our plate and also helps reduce costs.

Cons

A downside is that we have to create employees manually in this system and maintain a separate user administration on top of everything else. Because of that some people unfortunately get missed when being added and sometimes they're not removed again when they leave. Another issue is that the videos and courses don't work in Firefox which is actually the browser most of our staff use. Employees often forget that they need to switch to a different browser and that ends up creating extra follow-up work and costing me more time.

Using it feels easy and keeping everything under control is just as uncomplicated.

One thing missing is the option to create videos directly within the program.

The platform feels very user-friendly on both sides, whether you're managing it as an admin or using it as a learner.

I would like to see more interaction between learners although a chat feature is apparently on the way.

Overall package fits our specific use cases and target groups really well especially because it's highly accessible for our learners and offers extensive options for tracking and understanding learning progress.

Some announced features, such as the chat system, still haven't been implemented.
