This platform gives us a lot of flexibility since we can offer not only courses but also a media library that employees can access on the go from mobile devices. The quiz feature also adds a more playful and engaging way for people to keep learning. On top of that, the news section works really well for sharing internal company updates as well as information about industry-specific topics. Another big plus is being able to provide content to employees in a personalized way. It also helps that the system is continuously being developed and improved and the support team is fast, capable and genuinely reliable.

Cons

One area that still needs work is the user statistics in the admin section which currently feels a bit unclear compared with the very good participant overview available in the course statistics. That said improvements are already in progress. It would also be helpful to have a general search function in the user area that covers not just the media library but also news and events.

Creating learning content feels very flexible and the support is fast and professional whenever needed. There are also plenty of templates and helpful tips which makes the whole process even better.

Cons

It would be even better with stronger support for individual requests, such as allowing custom certificates.

Platform is very simple to use and the training sessions are organized really well.

Nothing stands out in a negative way, everything works perfectly fine.

Communication with the support team has been really good and I appreciate how much freedom there is to customize and design the courses.

The export options for evaluations feel too limited and having more filtering choices would make everything much clearer and easier to review.

Setting up courses is easy and it covers a lot in one place, questions and flashcards, test creation, scheduling and even webinar hosting. It's a really useful set of tools for organizing teaching and learning.

Only downside is that webinars are still limited to a fairly small number of participants.

As the main administrator, I really appreciate how simple and user-friendly the system and course administration is.

Cons

Swipe navigation during course delivery makes sense for tablet users but for participants taking the course on a PC, it can be somewhat problematic and sometimes raises questions about how it should be used.

Great tool but there's no automatic translation available for the training courses.

It's a very versatile platform and the way it works is clear and easy to understand. Overall, using it feels simple. There is a problem when uploading new media though and I'm already in touch with support about it.

The bug when uploading new content is still frustrating. The screen sometimes flickers and some videos get moved around especially since the last major update. When building large courses, it would also be really helpful if users could see not just visually where they are but also get a text indication showing which chapter they are currently in.

Software is simple to use and feels very simple right away. It also offers a fairly wide range of features and the support is really outstanding!!!

Cons

There are still some bugs in certain areas. When editing specific components some changes can't be made the way they can during creation, for example changing the type of learning questions afterward.

Pros

Building content with this platform is smart, simple and consistently enjoyable. Along with course functionality, it also includes a media library, quizzes and an app for mobile use. Those were all important features for us and not every LMS offers that combination.

Cons

One key factor for strong learning outcomes is keeping content in short sections followed by interaction. Right now, the options for adding more elements like learning questions and task lists are still too limited. A fill-in-the-blank feature has already been announced but more functions are still needed to keep the learning experience from becoming boring.
