Valuable training library

Pros

The amount of content included here (along with the overall quality) is really impressive for this tier. It's also clear that they pay close attention to customer feedback and industries best practices especially since the training has shifted from long annual modules to shorter sessions that can be rolled out across the year.

Cons

Only at first it was frustrating because a lot of this material had been part of the Diamond tier so it felt like content we had already paid for was being moved behind another paywall. Still they've added so much new material over time that it now feels like a worthwhile addition on its own.

Quick setup

Pros

Getting this configured and live only took a few days which was a big plus. The support team has also been excellent! Very quick to respond, helpful and always courteous.

Cons

Something that can be a bit much is the number of notification emails I get from it especially marketing messages and service alerts.

helpful dashboard and alerts

Pros

The dashboard is simple to figure out and the alerting features work really well. I also especially appreciated the assistance provided during the onboarding setup!

Cons

I honestly didn't come across anything unpleasant or off putting about the platform.

valuable training library

Pros

There's a strong range of videos and solid material available for both our HR and cybersecurity training needs. Picking the right videos and setting up a campaign for users to complete is very easy. On top of that our rep even reached out and helped us figure out which videos included the specific content we were looking for.

Cons

A few of the more niche topics are locked behind a pricey upgrade which is frustrating since those videos wouldn't even be necessary for every user.

user friendly

Pros

Starting off with it was quick and the platform is very accessible and simple to figure out. It's user friendly and includes a broad range of training formats and topics which has been really helpful. I also appreciate that it covers all of our training needs without requiring integration with any other tools. Another big advantage is having an account manager available to assist with setup and provide guidance on using the products effectively.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a larger library of training video modules and more content tailored to different kinds of organizations. In our case, we're a COBRA billing administrator so it would be helpful to have more specialized options like third-party vendor HIPAA training or security awareness content designed for specific types of entities.

strong compliance training

Pros

There's a solid range of compliance focused modules available including AML, KYC and ESG which makes the platform useful for covering different training needs.

Cons

At times there are so many course options within a single topic that it takes a while to go through them all and figure out which one fits our needs best.

Pros

Accessing one centralized place to choose from a wide range of compliance training options is really helpful. It's user friendly, assigning courses to the team is trouble free and it connects well with the tools already in place. Everything is built to match current compliance requirements too.

convenient to monitor progress

Pros

The training content and videos feel realistic and actually match today's environment which makes them much more useful. Scheduling sessions for employees is simple and it's convenient to monitor their progress along the way.

Cons

An improvement I'd really like is more automation. If someone fails a training or clicks on an email they shouldn't it would be helpful if the system automatically assigned a short video and maybe a questionnaire then sent the results directly to an administrator.

Pros

It does a really good job of delivering the right mix of information that both businesses and everyday users need to learn and understand.

helpful for client questions

Pros

Been really helpful when client questions come up. The training library gives us the information we need to learn and stay compliant so we can respond to those questions much faster.

Cons

Video format could definitely be improved and some of the restrictions around finishing the training could be handled a bit better.

flexible compliance content library

Pros

Getting a compliance program off the ground is much simpler with the curated compliance module and content. It works especially well when the program is still in its early stages and not fully mature. A wide range of topics is included and the material feels relevant and current. For an organization like ours with many subsidiaries and compliance responsibilities across a broad mix of areas this has been an ideal fit that is easy to implement and integrates well with the tools we already use.

Cons

Some modules do not offer much room for customization which can make it harder to keep branding fully consistent. It would also be useful to see broader coverage for region specific and industry specific content although I understand that is a very large undertaking.

Training users actually enjoy

Pros

Compared with other training platforms I've used this feels much more user friendly especially when it comes to building customizable campaigns. People actually engage with it which has helped drive strong adoption and led to far fewer complaints than we usually hear. There's a wide range of training content to choose from and 'The Inside Man' has been a standout because users talk about it almost like it's a Netflix style series. It's refreshing to see employees genuinely interested in training. The bite sized format also does a better job of getting our message across in a way that keeps people involved.

Cons

A downside is that there can be almost too much training content available which makes it hard to know everything that's in the library. At times it feels like there are probably useful courses for our team that we just haven't discovered yet because there's so much to sort through.

works for all kinds of teams

Pros

Something that really works well with it is the range of training choices it offers. There are plenty of options across the board and the multilingual support is a big benefit for a team like ours with different language needs. The content gets refreshed often and does a good job of keeping employees interested. We can customize the training based on job roles and also try different learning approaches for different groups which has been very useful. Another helpful feature is being able to collect user feedback since it gives us a clearer picture of how the training is landing. Setup was also surprisingly quick and went really well, we moved everything over in about half a week.

Cons

One area that could be better is uploading custom training into this platform Getting files into the required format can be a bit of a trouble and that makes the whole process feel more complicated than it should be.

Pros

There's a huge selection of compliance videos and training content plus plenty of customization options so you can modify everything to fit your specific requirements. It's easy to roll out to a team, simple to follow and the variety is strong enough to keep refreshers feeling relevant instead of repetitive.

Cons

At times it feels a bit overwhelming because there are so many training choices available. It really takes some time to sort through everything, figure out your needs and decide which courses make the most sense for you and your team.

simple to manage

Pros

Getting the training up and running is simple and managing it is just as easy. The programs are very informative and genuinely effective.
