“fantastic training content

Pros

Rolling out the KnowBe4 platform was quick...faster than I have seen with other software. It was set up and being used within a few weeks of signing the three-year agreement. The training content is fantastic with options ranging from in-depth learning tracks to quick videos and even printable flyers and posters. And the training works! Our risk score has improved by almost 20% in just six months. The feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

We opted for the expanded learning content, including compliance training which has been good for offering non-cybersecurity learning options. But the content is limited and the courses I've checked out haven't been that useful. Also, making content available on-demand (instead of assigning it like the cybersecurity courses) was difficult and frustrated a few users.

Pros

video production is award-winning. I definitely binge-watch some of them!

Cons

interface for setting up and managing MSP clients is a bit clunky. And integrations? Not really sure about those.

“solid choice for beginners

Pros

It is great for both beginners and advanced users in cybersecurity. Campaigns are easy to set up and roll out. You can build templates and copy them for each campaign throughout the year. The content mixes real live actors and animation which keeps everyone engaged.

Cons

there are a lot of settings and notification triggers. If you get them wrong, it's easy to spam users' inboxes with notifications which could make the whole task feel more negative for them.

“Quality phishing content

Pros

It offers quality education and simulations for phishing scams. It really challenges employees to be careful when clicking on links or opening attachments.

Cons

Sometimes training is assigned without them being notified.
