It has a huge variety of training content, realistic phishing simulations and great reporting tools. The platform is easy to manage, gets frequent updates and really helps employees learn cybersecurity best practices in a practical way.

Cons

Some of the training content are repetitive for experienced users and the volume of emails might overwhelm employees if not set up properly. Pricing can also go up as the organization grows and adds more advanced features.

Their content, including both training and phishing tests... is always updated to stay relevant. The admin interface is clean and easy to use. Plus, having an account rep who checks in regularly, suggests improvements and helps with setting up campaigns is amazing. It keeps us on track with our training goals. The service is always evolving and adding new features, though some of them are add-ons and not included with your subscription.

Cons

reporting options are limited. We tried using the API for custom reports but it's a little sparse and does not seem to get updated much. It feels like an afterthought.

Pros

administration side has been amazing for us as an MSP. We can thoroughly customize phishing and training campaigns and the ModStore has tons of training modules. You can really target specific groups in your organization which is a huge plus. Support has been super helpful too.

Cons

I would not say there's anything I dislike from a usage perspective. From a partner and billing standpoint, it can be a bit suboptimal but it's not a deal breaker.

training videos are well put together and delivered really well. Notifications send reminders and tracking is always accurate.

The navigation does not look particularly great. This might be a customization setting but as a user, I'd prefer a more polished and user-friendly interface when using the platform.

this is the best security training tool I have seen in my 10 years in SaaS. The videos are entertaining and up to date...none of those old office cut scenes with outdated info. They also have great testing to see if employees have actually learned something and I am talking about real phishing email tests, not just post-video quizzes.

I can't think of anything to complain about. It checks every box for me. They even let you speed up playback for those who like to listen faster, which is a nice touch.

It's great that everything is pre-built but you still have the option to customize your own templates and training. The hardest part is probably creating the training itself but with the huge selection of options available, you can pick exactly what's important for you and it's multilingual.

I have not noticed anything negative so far. Some of the training is only subtitled and not fully synchronized but that's just a minor issue.

test emails they send are really good. They know how to make a fake email look pretty legitimate. The training is solid... gives good reports and integrates with Azure.

It takes a bit to learn how to use and manage it but it's still pretty user-friendly when it comes to managing things.
