Pros

Having a mobile first learning platform has been a real advantage for our team. Our employees have become much more involved in training especially because the gamified environment and personalized assignments keep them active and interested in the learning process.

Cons

One drawback is that this feels fairly limited when it comes to creating custom content. Based on our current training needs I've occasionally had trouble putting together and uploading new learning materials on the platform.

“Keeps people involved”

Pros

The gamification really keeps people involved and the platform stays simple to use. It also does a good job supporting individual learning needs which makes the training feel more personal and effective.

Cons

The biggest challenge for us as a company is choosing the right training content for our staff and making sure it stays top of mind over time.

Pros

I can use it anytime and pretty much anywhere which makes it really convenient. The interface is user friendly too so it doesn't take much effort to get started and use regularly.

Cons

A downside is that the question style feels too repetitive at times. On top of that many of the questions are very wordy even though the time allowed to answer them is quite limited.
