Pros

I really appreciate the social intranet feel which encourages feedback and interaction. I also find that Knowledgeworker Share integrates easily with other tools like Create and the combination of onboarding use cases, learning paths and social features creates a well thought out and enjoyable user experience.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like this tool is trying to be something it's not. While it works, I notice that better solutions exist for internal communication and a few features from other well known LMS platforms are still missing or under development. The issues are small but I still see them.
