Simple team integration

Pros

What really stood out to me was how smoothly everything is integrated. My office and field teams can collaborate with coauthor materials and deal with sales issues all in one flow. The LMS inside the platform has been a powerful library for upskilling and the KOKM team has been responsive in helping our team get maximum value.

Cons

While using this tool, I can't really think of anything I dislike, it has delivered exactly what I expected.

efficient team collaboration

Pros

This single platform lets me and my team, both in the office and on site, work together without friction. Collaboration is vital in our business and being able to create SKUs, update the CRM and feed into our GL directly has made the whole process far more efficient.

Cons

I haven't really come across anything negative at this point which has been a relief for me.

Flexible and Functional Software

Pros

The software has been fairly easy for me to use and even without advanced technical skills, I was able to navigate its basic functions. What impressed me most is its high level of functionality, giving me the flexibility to use it for many different purposes.

Cons

At times I do get frustrated when the software doesn't let me continue from a submenu, forcing me to repeat the process just to get back to the same place I was before.
