“I like the flexible user roles

Pros

From a user management standpoint this software gives me exactly the kind of flexibility I need. I can create and invite users, place them into groups and assign different roles and permissions and that has been incredibly helpful for the way I manage access.

Cons

The only limitation that really comes to mind is not being able to create custom reports yet. That said I understand that feature is likely to be added over time.
