Pros
When I implemented my course, the process felt smooth and easy. It integrated well with our business model and customers have consistently told me how much they like the professional looking interface. I've also found it very reliable and customer service has always been quick to respond whenever I needed assistance.
Cons

“quick Learning and easy Integration”
Pros
I picked up the product quickly since it's easy to learn and I've especially found the digital asset library useful for sharing content with customers. Another big plus for me was how simplely it integrated with our Salesforce instance and eStore.
Cons
The reporting and metrics section could definitely use more development and additional options, since I rely on that data a lot.
