“poor integration and awful customer service

It comes with a wide range of features and getting it implemented was pretty simple.

The software offers many features and is easy to implement initially but poor integration and unhelpful support make daily use challenging.

“Their support is hands-on

Pros

Working with Liam and Stephen made the whole setup process much better as we explored everything the platform could offer for our needs. They gave clear, detailed guidance on how to build semesters and get our learners activated and they were very pleasant to work with while making sure every question we had was answered.

Cons

Biggest limitation for us right now is the variety of topics available outside of data skills although I understand that is something they plan to expand in 2025. It would also be helpful if we had the option to edit courses so we could remove certain topics that are not necessary for our learners to go through.

Pros

The software felt built with the user experience in mind. It lets me customize, assign and assess everything in one place which made the whole process really convenient. Rolling it out to learners was simple and I had support available whenever I needed it. The automatic check-in email feature also fit neatly into my regular workflow so integrating it into what I was already doing felt smooth.

Cons

It should have the ability to edit courses within learning plans so customers could choose the videos that matter most for reaching their specific learning goals.

Range of content is really valuable here... the platform feels pleasant and adaptive to use and the support from their team has been excellent.

Just wish there were more features that helped build community engagement around training.

It feels like a very adaptive learning platform, with strong coverage of the topics that are currently needed and in demand in the market. It gives users a practical way to build their skills through well-structured courses and learning pathways. The feedback from users has also been positive, more so around the quality of the content and how simple the platform is to navigate. Another plus is the 1-year license which gives people plenty of time to complete the courses they've been assigned or decide to take on themselves.

Cons

Overall, it is a user-friendly platform. The one area that could be better is updating the content more often.

Very easily, the software turns complicated tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python and Alteryx into something much more approachable which makes data skills feel practical and within reach. The bite-sized, step-by-step courses make the platform highly adaptive and well suited to both students and working professionals who want to build digital skills and keep up with the changes happening around us. The video lessons are clear..the case studies are practical... and the interactive quizzes help reinforce learning so users can put new skills to work right away. It's a really strong resource for beginners as well as more advanced users who want to build up or refresh their data analysis abilities.

Cons

They should bring back individual licenses instead of focusing only on company plans. It deserves to be available to more people who want to strengthen their skills on their own and become more digitally capable. There are still plenty of professionals in the workplace who are missing the data and analytical skills that are increasingly expected today and Kubicle could help close that gap in a meaningful way. More visibility would make a big difference here, better marketing, better reach and simply getting the platform in front of more people.

The content and case studies are valuable for skill-building but the platform's navigation is less adaptive and user-friendly than desired.

Pretty simple to get around modules in it.. and each one comes with benefits that add value to the overall experience. The platform is well organized and it makes it simple to follow and track study progress along the way.

Cons

I really haven't run into any issues and the experience has been excellent. The only thing I'd love to see added is an option for degree programs within the modules.

The courses are organized really well and the API for retrieving learner data was always handy.

Their admin side feels a bit complicated at times. It would also be really helpful to have the option to assign users to learning paths through the API.
