“powerful analytics and integrations”

Pros

Brings course creation, management and delivery into one eLearning platform which makes it really convenient to handle everything in one place. The analytics are especially useful for tracking learner progress and the way it integrates with other software gives it the flexibility to work well for different types of organizations.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the system can take some time because there is some difficulty at the start. Customer support also isn't always quick to respond and a few features feel less flexible than they should and could use more customization to fit different requirements better.

“All in one learning toolkit”

Pros

Having course management, selling and tracking all in one platform makes this really convenient for online learning. It's flexible enough to be customized around different needs and the integrations with tools like Salesforce and Zoom add a lot of value to the overall learning experience.

Cons

The interface gets the job done but it feels a bit dated and not as simple as it could be. Because of that new users may need more time to get comfortable with the system which can make onboarding feel slower and less pleasant.

“Learning platform done right!”

Pros

Because the system has LMS, eCommerce and analytics all built into it, that makes a big difference for running an eLearning business. Everything works together smoothly so managing our courses and scaling them feels much more simple. The interface is accessible and the reporting tools are strong which makes it simple to monitor learner progress and get detailed insights into how each course is performing.

Cons

Customer support from them is helpful overall but response times can sometimes be slower than expected which becomes a problem when something urgent comes up. It would also be better if the platform integrated with more third party tools as that would make it even more practical and flexible to use.

Pros

Has been a strong addition to the way we deliver high quality training materials to clients. It's flexible and highly customizable so we can adapt the e learning experience to fit specific needs without much trouble. The platform is also user friendly which helps our team build interactive and engaging content efficiently. Other than that the support team is responsive and helpful whenever technical issues come up and they usually get things resolved quickly.

Cons

The reporting features cover the basics but I'd still like to see stronger analytics and more advanced tracking options included.

“Effective customization and scaling”

Pros

Right from the start this has felt like an outstanding learning management platform. The customization is very flexible, the automated reports are a big help and it really improves the customer experience. It also has the scalability we need as we continue to grow along with all the core features needed to drive engagement and support gamification. On top of that the basics are very flexible to understand even without needing documentation or training.

Cons

Honestly I haven't come across anything to dislike personally. The service has been excellent.

“Learning boost!”

Pros

It brings together LMS, e commerce, analytics and third party integrations in one complete innovation platform which really helps improve performance, profitability and efficiency across the learning ecosystem. It's a solid platform for professional growth, collaboration and continuous learning while also helping us stay current. Overall it makes much better use of both time and resources.

Cons

At times the user interface can be a bit tricky to figure out.

“Flexible setup”

Pros

This has been flexible enough to cover most of what we need and the support team is quick and efficient whenever we reach out. They've taken the time to understand how our organization works and have been willing to adjust the system so it fits our processes better.

Cons

Even with all that flexibility some parts of the suite still don't line up with what we need. We've had to build multiple course shells for the same product since the system doesn't let us create multiple seminars under a single course. We found a workaround but it adds extra steps and ends up being inefficient.

“Great customer service”

Pros

Getting started with it didn't take long at all and I really enjoyed the variety of tools it offers. The customer service has been outstanding especially when it comes to more specialized settings. Their team replies quickly and consistently goes the extra mile to help with any questions.

Cons

The interface can be a bit tricky to figure out at times although it sounds like those issues should be addressed soon.

“responsive support”

Pros

Running our course through Moodle has worked really well and the support we received from launch all the way through the full course delivery has been consistently reliable. The reporting and data generation setup gives us a clear way to monitor learner stats and key information which has been very useful. The team has also been great to work with! Quick to respond and supportive throughout!

Cons

A few Moodle features feel a bit restrictive or limited but there's not really anything specific about the system itself that we dislike.

“solid reporting capabilities”

Pros

Something that really works well in the platform is its reporting capability. The reports are useful and well put together which makes the product even more valuable.

Cons

I've been happy with this product overall and truly don't have any complaints at this point.
