All training in one place

Pros

Having everything in one place, one software is a huge plus for us. It keeps all of our training together, helps staff stay engaged with completing and logging their CPD regularly and gives us a single platform to roll out training in a consistent, standardized way. The system is very simple to use, with pretty much everything reachable within three clicks. There's also plenty of preloaded content available and adding material that's specific to our business is just as simple. Also, the support from their team has been excellent. Problems hardly ever come up but when they do, the support team responds quickly and gets them sorted fast.

Cons

Currently what its missing is that the reflections cant be viewed on the CPD records although Learn Amp is already working on a fix for this.

great learning source

Pros

We now have a really capable all-in-one platform for supporting learning across the whole company. The functionality gives us plenty of ways to keep employees interested and involved in their learning journeys. Another big advantage is the content library with more than 4,000 items which helps cover a wide variety of subjects in different formats.

Cons

Getting familiar with the setup of Dashboards, Channels and Learnlists does take a little time at first and there have been moments where a Channel seemed like it would have worked better as a Learnlist and the other way around. That said, we're looking forward to future partnerships with other learning providers to expand the learning opportunities even further.

A feature-packed LMS platform

Pros

Quite user-friendly i would say and still sophisticated LMS platform.. packed with a lot of fantastic features. It's simple to use, simple to build in and really convenient for curating content as well. The skills library, with 5,000 pieces of content, has gone down really well too and there's genuinely something in there for everyone. It covers a wide range of needs and really seems like every detail has been considered.

Cons

A few of the terms and labels are a little different from what you'd normally expect like "Tasked" instead of "Assigned." Reporting can also take a bit of time to fully understand because there are so many different ways to do things.

flexible platform that grows with us

Pros

it feels like a forward-thinking platform with lots of flexibility and customization which works much better for us than a strong off-the-shelf system. They've also been fantastic to work with especially during our very fast 8-week implementation which was a timeline we chose ourselves. I really appreciate how openly they share their product roadmap and how willing they are to listen to feedback and act on requests. It fits our business really well because we're constantly growing and changing and it's reassuring to know the platform can scale and evolve alongside us.

Cons

They're still refining some smaller details, like making terminology across the platform clearer and more consistent, deciding what information makes the most sense for users to see and tightening up certain reporting elements. None of this is remotely a deal breaker and they've been very open and responsive to feedback. It really just feels like a chance to polish an already strong product even further.

supportive team!!

Pros

Their team has been professional, approachable and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Joe got us started on the right foot and was very accommodating throughout the early stages. After that andrew took the lead on our implementation and handled it exactly as you'd hope,he listened carefully, offered support, challenged us when needed and most importantly helped us build a strong understanding of the platform and how to make it work for our business. Overall, it's been a really positive experience and Im looking forward to working more closely with the Customer Success team next. It's also encouraging that this platform is a fellow B Corp since both of our businesses share a similar ethos.

flexible platform for content

Pros

I really like how flexible it is. Navigating the platform and adding content is very simple and even our trained curators across the company were able to pick up the process quickly and start uploading content without much trouble.

Cons

Built-in reporting and analytics lack the flexibility and simplicity needed, requiring external tools.

Transformed our workflow for the good!! :)

Pros

Switching to this software really brought our internal training into the modern age. It helped us leave behind a very outdated way of managing and delivering training sessions and move to a much more up to date approach.

Cons

Every now and then a glitch still pops up in the system. The latest example was a case where a user finished all sessions but the content continued to show in the 'to-do' list as incomplete even though the employee profile showed it as 100% complete. That said issues like this happen very, very rarely.

Stellar support

Pros

After spending a long time comparing platforms for our organization, Learn Amp turned out to be exactly the right fit for what we needed as we continue to expand our impact. The range of functionality has been a big plus and the tasks and features in particular have made it possible for us to build tailored learning journeys without the heavy effort of creating separate, one-off trainings for every individual on the platform. Support has been outstanding as well. The person who helped us set everything up was always available when we needed assistance and whenever we've had questions, the responses have been prompt and genuinely helpful.

Cons

A few of the qualitative reporting options fall short of what we'd want.
