Navigating our LMS has been very simple and the interface is easy to use.

There should be course roster for each class so I can quickly see exactly who is enrolled in that specific course.

We can build self-paced learning paths for our employees and it has been a really valuable feature.

During the trial, the sales rep, April, was not honest with me. She said certain Tooling U courses were included with the LMS purchase and I only learned after implementation that this wasn't true. They did apologize but they didn't offer any compensation or make it right.

I did come across a few issues with usability but their team helped right away!

I like that the interface is clean, settings are simple to adjust and most things are pretty self-explanatory. Also, it comes with a efficient set of features.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is integration with my CMS so I could send more communications based on triggers beyond just the events happening inside the LMS.
