Helpful for scheduled reports

Pros

I really like the scheduled report feature. It's easy to customize and send updates automatically and I can also post news and welcome notes to keep people motivated.

Cons

The user dashboard could be improved so that all incomplete training stays visible, even when it's overdue which would make it easier to keep track.

Excellent Customer Service

Pros

Customer service from Magnifi Group is great. They always follow up with updates and handle requests well which makes me feel supported.

Cons

I sometimes find it difficult to drill into report details and I think there's still room to make that process smoother.

Perfect Time saving tool

Pros

I like having one central place to upload items to the content library and the new design feels much cleaner and easier to use which makes organizing smoother. It saves time for me and also keeps everything structured without confusion.

Cons

I can't create tests or quizzes for lesson plans unless I pay for additional software which feels like a limitation.
