“convenient to use

Pros

I work on the online platform and the URLs are quick to share which makes things really convenient. The staff has also been fantastic and very supportive. Whenever I have questions, they respond promptly and really try to help in every way they can.

Cons

The pricing structure changed at one point and it didn't suit my needs, i had to make a switch to another plan.

“A responsive team

Pros

Working with Alex and the team was a positive experience. They're approachable, communicate clearly and quickly and consistently focus on what's best for their clients. Whenever we ran into a technical or product-related issue, they took the time to listen carefully and come back with helpful solutions. They also stayed proactive by checking in with us regularly, collecting feedback and applying it to product improvements. Also, they created additional opportunities for collaboration beyond the standard business relationship. Another big plus was how well they educated us on the product which made it much easier for us to use the platform and highlight the available features.

Cons

As part of our regular process, we continuously review our providers and compare current solutions with what our business needs. Since we began working with them, our company's priorities have shifted and because of that, the whiteboard we had been using no longer matched the type of functionality our product requires.

“fantastic whiteboard for language classes

Pros

Running online French, English and Spanish courses at onparle.net, with private lessons, paired sessions and small groups, Learncube has been the perfect fit for our virtual classes. The whiteboard is very easy to learn and use, reacts quickly and uses up-to-date technology which lets our students join lessons from anywhere and on any device. Huge thanks to Alex and the whole team for providing such an excellent platform, along with outstanding support and assistance.

Cons

Since we operate as an online school and the platform keeps getting updated, the only area I feel could use some improvement is the reporting. Aside from that, everything works perfectly.

“My branded school hub

Pros

I run my school through LearnCube School Lite and it feels like having a fully branded platform for my own education business as it carries my company logo and gives students the impression that it is all part of my school's package. It's an excellent way to keep everything organized, no matter how many students you're managing. From their account, I can add students, handle scheduling, enrollments, demos, payments, cancellations, teacher and student profiles, courses, class reminders, attendance, unlimited ESL materials, student reports and even communicate directly with students by email or chat. It truly acts as the central hub of my business and saves me a huge amount of time. My students especially appreciate the class reminders right before lessons, the teacher feedback they receive afterward through reports and of course the interactive classroom itself.. I also keep thousands of English learning resources for all levels in my library so I no longer waste valuable time creating lesson plans from scratch. Once I upload a lesson plan or PDF/audio file, it stays there permanently. Because I can enter booked classes before they start, I usually upload all my materials for the entire week in advance which means when it's time to teach, I just log in, run the lesson, write the report and Im done. Also, customer service is very accessible whenever technical issues come up. Ive been especially pleased with Wilim, the Head of Education, who has been incredibly supportive while I was getting my business started. He has gone above and beyond with advice, problem-solving and useful guidance about building an education business. This one has been a platform Ive been genuinely happy with and I fully intend to keep my yearly subscription because it gives my students a secure and enjoyable way to learn online.

Cons

A few extra additions in the virtual classroom will make it better, such as more reward options.. clapping features or other small interactive touches. Aside from that, Im very satisfied with my subscription and with what the platform already offers.
