“Authoring Tool Included!

Pros

I really like that the platform includes an authoring tool. If you do not want to start from scratch you can upload existing content or use their AI feature to generate course materials. They are also quick to respond to any questions or concerns which makes it a pleasure to work with them.

Cons

Learner Mobile is not fully optimized for ILT training and could benefit from more support in that area.

Learner Mobile offers a smooth experience thats simple, efficient and easily accessible. You can create unlimited profiles to support any team or department as needed. Plus, Learner Mobile lets you upload previous training content and instantly turn it into a training curriculum with their AI tool.

Learner Mobile is quite simple to use. Entering new information and training to our team is fast and easy. Its also mobile compatible which is a huge benefit for our call center.

Learner Mobile app is easy to use which might tempt you to handle it on your own. However, I strongly recommend getting familiar with it but also involving the team to get things set up and refine your work.

Its ideal for rapid deployment across different content types, curation and configuration. Great for quick learning bites as well as more structured formal courses. The mobile-first design is a huge advantage over traditional learning tech. Building and scaling from scratch is simple. This platform can be one of the most visually engaging learning solutions available which depends on how the content is designed and delivered. Some new features reduce the need for authoring tools like Articulate making quick content development far easier than with traditional LMSs. I absolutely love the digital badges as compared to other LMS options, they are easy to create, automate and turn into gamification that learners can screenshot and show off.

Cons

Like most learning technology, the platform offers limited analytics, which is a common gap in the industry. For example, there is no self service dashboard or custom reporting options. The course/content builder can be a bit quirky which leads to extra clicks in the workflow. Customization options for page layouts and curriculum bundles are also limited as you cannot currently layer one curriculum within another. I did love to see user forums and the ability for end users to upload content or submit work/assignments as future features.

As an administrator, I find it simple to set up, monitor and adjust whats needed to ensure our employees receive the best mobile training materials. With our company spread out across the nation, its important to keep employees in training and this platform lets us easily track, modify and add whats necessary.

Occasionally there are small glitches with the software but they are usually fixed quickly or your representative can resolve them right away.
