Amazing set of tools

Pros

This software's features work well, I like them all. The search tool, along with the recommendations, has helped me discover both paid and free content that's been genuinely valuable. I also had a situation where I requested one course and then immediately realized I was more interested in another. Their team responded quickly through the chat and helped cancel the original request right away.

Cons

My subscription comes with a smaller budget, while a lot of the options seem geared toward higher-tier plans. For example some access points require paying for a full month of something like Masterclass instead of offering access to just the individual course on that platform.

Made everything better!

Pros

It's simple to locate the content I need and the materials provided are really helpful. The platform also feels flexible to use.

Cons

The login process could be more simple. It would be better if access didn't have to go through the employee's company.

Fantastic features

Pros

The flexibility of the offerings has been a big plus and the customer service also been consistently excellent. I also appreciate the innovation, the reporting capabilities and how simple the platform is to use overall.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with our HRIS so we still have to duplicate some administrative work.

It actually supports growth

Pros

We really appreciate the flexibility this gives us (the staff) to pursue both personal and professional goals without much friction.

Cons

A downside is that, without HRIS integration with our current system, managing users ends up being a manual process that can take a lot of time.

personalized learning wins

Pros

Learnerbly does a really nice job of making learning feel personal, with content and resources tailored to each person's skills and career goals. It also gives you plenty of ways to learn, whether that's through courses, videos or podcasts which keeps things engaging and works well for different preferences.

Cons

The platform effectively personalizes learning with diverse content formats but the sheer volume of options can overwhelm users and resource quality is inconsistent.

fantastic support

Pros

Being able to request books through Amazon is a huge plus. Learnerbly's own catalog is strong and gives plenty of options but it is not always fully up to date so having access to Amazon's selection makes a big difference. I use it around 10 to 15 times a year and requesting any resource I want is very simple. Still, the standout part for me is the customer service. Noemi, in particular, has been incredibly kind and helpful every time one of my orders was delayed or cancelled, always sharing updates, useful information and alternative solutions.

Cons

Quite a few orders get cancelled without any clear reason and some deliveries that normally should arrive within a day or two end up being cancelled because they go past the 15-day maximum.
