Appreciate this software quite a lot.. I can build neat, well-structured courses without any hassle while still having the freedom to create more advanced and interactive training when needed. The newer AI-powered features have made a huge difference as well.. they speed up the process of creating customized, high-quality content and they do it with impressive precision while helping us use resources more efficiently. Also, the support team has been excellent. They respond quickly, pay attention and are genuinely helpful whenever I contact them.
Cons
We need a more advanced analytics feature that can follow participant progress over a longer period of time. Having deeper long-term insights would make individual follow-up even better.

Pros
Creating courses is simple in it. We can customize the content with text, images, videos and quizzes which gives us a lot of flexibility. Overall, our experience with this software has been very positive and it helps us give new colleagues a professional first impression during onboarding.
Cons
There's nothing specific to complain about. It includes plenty of features although we haven't had the chance to use all of them yet.
