Integration turned out to be relatively easy once I got a proper grasp of the tools functionality and their limitations, making the process smoother than I expected.

Cons

Occasionally the platform shows instabilities like videos not working, though I must say the technical support team has been efficient and quick to fix issues.

I like the gamification elements and the creative freedom. It is helpful for me when creating content for users and the new slide builder option has proven very useful and impressive in practice.

I would personally like the option to rename certain sections for easier customization.

Overall, I still find this tool the best portal for creating eLearning courses and I've had no serious problems with it.

As much as I appreciate the product's innovative features, the customer service has impressed me the most so far. Even though we are only a few months into our project, it already feels like this platform is more of a partner than just a supplier. I also enjoy the slideshow lesson format which allows me to create highly engaging multimedia for learners.

Cons

Ideally, I'd like to upload my videos directly to the platform and have subtitles generated automatically in multiple languages. I know Vimeo is recommended for large files and while that works, having everything in one place would make things easier for me.

Pros

The authoring tool has been a real time saver for me because it's simple to use and the option to translate content directly through Google Chrome is brilliant. With more than 100 languages available, I've been able to cut costs while offering a much better service to learners worldwide.

Cons

Sometimes the templates don't feel fully customizable but after discussing with the agency I've been able to share my requests and see what can be implemented which makes me feel heard.

“Versatile & modern UX

Pros

What I like most about this LMS is how versatile it is. It allowed me to design a course that wasn't only about videos but included photos, PDFs and quizzes too. The UX feels modern, customizable and simple. All of our participants genuinely enjoyed interacting with the content.

Cons

The quiz function works well but I personally wish there was a greater variety of quiz formats. As the platform grows, I'd be excited to see more interactive and dynamic features included.

When searching for an LMS, I wanted one that included an authoring tool capable of interactive video, gamification and mobile friendly content. This platform matched those needs perfectly and I was impressed at how easy it was to style everything in line with my client's corporate identity.

Cons

Because the tool is still relatively new, some features feel like they need more maturity. On the other hand, I really appreciate how quickly the dev team adds improvements and collaborates closely with us to achieve great results.

For my LMS needs, it's been pretty much spot on so I don't really see any major cons here.

The backend wasn't very simple for me at first but once I got used to it, I was able to design and upload content much more quickly.
