“Quick content creation with reliable support

Pros

The learning lab feels very simple, letting me create content quickly without much effort and the lessons always look polished. Users seem satisfied overall, technical difficulties are rare and what stands out most for me is the support, personal contacts, quick solutions and excellent communication.

Cons

Most of the time I don't find anything negative, though I do sometimes wish there were more functions and a bit more flexibility in slide design to give presentations a fresh touch.

I really enjoy the unique and modern feel this LMS provides, especially after trying many different platforms and to me it's definitely one of the best available on the market.

Cons

I feel like gamification could be pushed further with additional customized elements that would create a more unique and engaging learning experience.

The way the UX/UI keeps evolving dynamically makes it hard for me to point out inconveniences, since anything that feels off usually gets improved quickly.

The bespoke nature of Learning Lab is what excites me most. Unlike many other LMSs that feel repetitive, this one allows me to create something unique. I also value how innovative the team is, always pushing boundaries and how they dedicate themselves to truly collaborating with us instead of just working for us.

Cons

Some of the gamification tools still feel a bit clunky but that's likely because they're new. I trust they'll be refined soon since this tool always improves with updates.

I don't feel like anything is missing, especially since the team has always been willing to evolve alongside customer needs and has been very supportive.

Pros

After reviewing dozens of LMSs, I found this to be the best all rounder. The customizable interface is easy to use and quick to learn, yet it doesn't limit me like template driven systems do. Instead, it gives me the ability to create high quality and visually impressive content.

Cons

I have noticed that with so many new features already in development, it's clear the team is keeping up with user requests. For now, nothing feels lacking for us.

Pros

For me, this is the most powerful yet simple to use LMS we discovered. It's a hybrid between open source and SaaS, fully compatible with major standards and includes a built in authoring tool. Course and student management are easy and the platform adapts perfectly to our corporate identity guidelines.

At this moment, everything from the initial setup to customizations and integrations has worked exactly as expected, so I don't see any issues.

I feel the customer service has been excellent, making the product easy to roll out, highly satisfying and quick to adopt across the organization.

So far, I haven't heard any negative feedback from our team or users which makes me feel confident about relying on it.

I find this product easy to use and very user friendly and what I enjoy most is the ability to fully brand the e-learning platform with our own design. The company is receptive to updates and new features. It shows a customer centric approach and I especially value the slide builder, the authoring tool and the manual assessment option that opens up fresh learning experiences.

Cons

Tests and statistics are already great, though I do think they could be improved further. Still, I like knowing that the platform is constantly being developed so these aspects will only get better.

At first, creating content from scratch felt difficult, especially figuring out how classes, courses and lessons were organized. After a quick training session with the team, though, I was able to take full charge of creating my lessons with ease.
