“human-centered approach and great support

Pros

When I first discovered this tool, I was searching for a platform to convert our in person courses into video based training. What convinced me was their human centered approach, since most other platforms lacked that. My experience has been great because the team is open, responsive and always willing to discuss improvements which makes me optimistic about future growth.

Cons

So far, I haven't had any real issues. Any difficulties I encountered were more about my own lack of experience but I'm gradually improving and I've found there's plenty of support available when needed.
