“Simple for training
Pros
Learningbank is very easy to use with a clear design and good support for both users and admins. It makes creating training simple, though I wish there were more options to customize.
Cons
Sometimes responses are not immediate and can be a little delayed which makes using the platform a bit harder.

“Accessible Training for Deskless Teams
Pros
I like its flexibility and effectiveness since I can access training anytime and the automation makes it especially useful for large organizations.
Cons
When employees are in areas with weak internet, the platform sometimes leaves blank spots in completion which disrupts smooth integration.

I find it easy to use and very practical for us because our team is spread out, yet everyone can take the same training no matter their location.
Cons
The only small issue I face is that sometimes the login code takes too long to arrive.

“Simple for learning
Pros
It's simple to create learnings and assign them to the right group and I like how making language versions is quick, which saves us valuable time.
Cons
There are moments when we'd like reports in a format the system doesn't support and better tools for tracking all types of training would really help.

“Interactive training
Pros
What I like most is the simplicity that makes it easy to get started. The videos and guides help a lot and the interactive feel keeps training engaging. I also like that managers can use analytics for better tracking which is very helpful for certifications.
Cons
The permission settings aren't very clear at first and take time to understand, though the software team is always ready to explain and support us. Since our pace at POWER is fast, we sometimes wish the support responses could come even quicker when things get busy.
